The Organizing Secretariat will confirm your reservation and payment via email, and send you your invoice.
All requests made after this date will be subject to availability.

Booking can be cancelled by sending a written notification to alessia.parisi@nordestcongressi.it
• no cancellation penalty will be applied until 15th March 2025.
• from 15th March 2025 to 28th March 2025, the cancellation fee will be equal to the cost of one night’s stay.
• from 29th March 2025 to 25th May 2025, the cancellation fee will be equal to 100% of the total amount of your purchase.
No amount will be refunded in case of no notification of the cancellation.
Booking fees are not refundable.
Refunds will be credited by the Organizing Secretariat within 60 days after the end of the Congress.
